At TrenditShop, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 6-day return policy on eligible products only.

1. 6-Day Return Policy

You have 6 days from the date of delivery to request a return for an eligible product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and other included items.

  • The product must not show signs of use, damage, washing, alteration, or misuse.

  • Proof of purchase or the order number must be provided.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

Not all products sold by TrenditShop are eligible for return. Product-specific return eligibility will be mentioned on the respective product page.

Certain products may be non-returnable due to their nature, hygiene requirements, customization, clearance status, or other applicable restrictions.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we may provide a replacement or another applicable resolution.

4. Return Approval

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by TrenditShop. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the applicable refund will be processed according to the payment method and applicable terms.

Shipping charges, COD charges, or other non-refundable charges may not be refundable where applicable.

6. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact our customer support within 6 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/videos where required

Please do not send any product back without receiving return instructions from TrenditShop.
